Congratulations to Berk Anbaroglu and Ed Manley

18 November 2013

Many congratulations to SpaceTimeLab members Berk Anbaroglu and Ed Manley, who both recently defended their PhD theses. Berk's thesis, entitled Spatio-temporal Clustering for Non-recurrent Traffic Congestion Detection on Urban Road Networks, was very well received. Berk now returns to his native Turkey to take up a position at Hacettepe University. Ed's thesis, entitled Modelling Driver Behaviour to Predict Urban Road Traffic Dynamics was equally successful, and his work at SpaceTimeLab has earned him a role as research associate at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) at UCL.
