Team SolarFox have designed three vehicles so far, with SolarFox 3 as their latest development. SolarFox 1 was created as a conceptual design in 2005. SolarFox 2 was designed and built in 2007, and achieved 11th place out of over 40 participants in the 2007 World Solar Challenge. A new vehicle, SolarFox 3, is now under development with a renovated design, which is deemed to be more competitive under all aspects. SolarFox 3 will be raced in the 2011 World Solar Challenge, taking place in October.
