Speech & Language Therapy

These pages have been created to give all those involved with speech and language therapy students a clear understanding of the philosophy and systems of the clinical placements. Practice educators can access information about:

• the organisation of clinical placements;
• the clinical placements programme for each year of the two SLT courses, including aims, learning outcomes and assessments;
• SLT students’ professional development across the four year BSc (Hons) Speech Sciences and two year MSc Speech and Language Sciences programmes.

Practice educators can also access forms and documents relating to clinical placements. Users are asked to download forms as they are needed rather than storing and using old copies. This is important as new data may have been included.
