The Vascular Burden of Diabetes on the Individual and the Healthcare System
Opportunities to Reduce the Complications and Cost of Diabetes
The Cardiometabolic Domain at UCL is holding the second targeted meeting on 'Reversing the Trends of Diabetes'. We will be bringing together UCL/UCLP experts in the field of peripheral vascular disease, cardiac disease, neurological disease, and genetics to examine the many complications of Diabetes; joining them will be Professor Alastair Gray from the Health Economics Research Centre at the University of Oxford. Our aim is to hold an interactive meeting which will include panel/audience discussion periods and provide a 360° view into Diabetes. We invite NHS staff, UCL students and researchers to join us.
