NIHR UCL BRCs / Francis Crick Institute Clinical Research Training Fellow

Funded by the NIHR University College London Hospitals Biomedical Research Centre, Great Ormond Street Hospital/Institute for Child Health NIHR Biomedical Research Centre, NIHR Biomedical Research Centre at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and UCL Institute of Ophthalmology, and the MRC National Institute for Medical Research and the CRUK London Research Institute.

The three NIHR Biomedical Research Centres at UCL, and the two founding Institutes of the Francis Crick Institute have initiated an exciting collaboration to support experimental medicine by jointly funding four Clinical Research Training Fellowships (CRTFs).  This initiative aims to recruit four of the best, brightest and most promising trainee doctors to our three-year PhD Programme(s) and support them in undertaking rigorous research training in experimental medicine.  The four clinical fellows will be registered at UCL for their PhD and will be jointly supervised by at least one supervisor from the Cancer Research UK London Research Institute / MRC National Institute for Medical Research and one supervisor at one of the three NIHR UCL Biomedical Research Centres.
