London Scupture Workshop, LSW, founded by Giles Corby and Jessica Mello, with Melis van den Berg as Studio Manager, have been awarded a Chelsea Arts Club Trust Artist’s Run Space Award. Recent graduate Marianna Simnett has been shortlisted for the Jerwood/Film and Video Umbrella Awards. The shortlisted artists, will work towards an interim exhibition at Jerwood Visual Arts in March 2014. Two of these works will then be taken forward with further support and a £20,000 budget each. These new commissions will then be shown at Jerwood Visual Arts, London and CCA, Glasgow in 2015. See http://new.a-n.co.uk.
