Simon Faithfull is sinking a 15 meter boat, The Brioney Victoria, to create an artificial reef off the coast of Portland. The event is being filmed and broadcast live on the 4 or 5 August 2014 (depending on the weather) on reef.launchrock.com.
The project has been commissioned for the Brighton Photo Biennial 2014 and is showing from 4 October - 23 November 2014. See fabrica.org.uk.
The installation is also as part of Simon Faithfull, a solo exhibition at FRAC, Basse Normandy, Caen, France from November 2014 - January 2015 and at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Calais, France. See timeandplaceproject.wordpress.com

The Slade Print Fair is at the Slade Research Centre, UCL, Woburn Square, London WC1H 0AB, from 26 - 28 November 2014. It offers a unique opportunity to purchase original new work from both internationally acclaimed and emerging artists and raise scholarship funds for Slade students. It is a fundraising event to raise scholarship funds for Slade students. The fair, in its second year, celebrates contemporary printmaking and will feature an exhibition, the latest Slade Edition by artist Lisa Milroy, live screen printing, a sale of original editions and more.
