Martin John Callanan has been awarded one of the Philip Leverhulme Prizes 2013 for Performing and Visual Arts. The Trust awards up to 29 Philip Leverhulme Prizes to recognise the achievemnets of researchers at an early stage of their career, whose work has already had a significant international impact, and whose future research career is exceptionally promising. Prize winners receive an award of £70,000 over two or three years, which may be used for any research purpose. See http://leverhulme.ac.uk.
