A memorial event to remember our dear friend and colleague the highly esteemed artist and Slade Professor Patrick George (1923-2016), celebrating his time at the Slade, takes place on Wednesday 8 March 2017, 6pm at the Cruciform Lecture Theatre (LT1), Cruciform Building, UCL, Gower Street, London. Speakers include Jo Volley, Sharon Morris, Bruce McLean, Tess Jaray, Andrew Stahl, Catherine Lampert and Andy Pankhurst. 

The Patrick George Scholarship Fund
In honour of artist and former Slade Professor Patrick George (1924- 2016), the Slade would like to introduce a scholarship fund in his name.
The aim of the scholarship fund is to enable a Graduate student to take up their place at the Slade regardless of financial circumstance by contributing towards tuition fees.
Tuition fees at UCL are currently set at £9,840 per year and Graduate MA/MFA programmes run for 2 years.
