The Department of Technology is staging an open submissions residency. This position is open to ANYONE, the displine with which you work in is of less importance than the ideas that you come with.
There is no deadline for this opportunity and there is no reason to stop multiple people (either concurrently or simultaneously) being involved.

We have no money, but we do have a large variety of material resources. We can get things too.
