The panel consisted of Prof Peter Willetts (City University, London; far right on image) and Prof Hal Klepak (Royal Military College of Canada and UCL-IA; far left on image); Fernando Iglesias (author, academic, journalist and politician; second from left). The panel was chaired by Celia Szusterman, Director of the Latin America Programme, The Institute for Statecraft, and Associate Fellow, UCL - Institute of the Americas.
