System features

  • End of Contract Notification System
    This system allows administrators to monitor contracts that are due to expire within 9 months from today's date.
  • New Starter Reminder System
    This system allows administrators to confirm to HR the starting status of the new appointees within their department.
  • Limited Leave to Remain Reminder System
    This system allows administrators to monitor right to work annual checks and expiry dates of staff holding limited leave to remain in the UK for their employment at UCL.
  • Probation Monitoring System
    This system allow administrators to monitor probation review due dates.
  • Appraisals Monitoring System
    This system allows administrators to monitor staff review dates.
  • Online Maternity Leave Calculator
    This system calculates maternity leave entitlements, as well as allowing staff to review and simulate different leave options.

HR Partnership Applications FAQ

System Requirements

The supported browser is Internet Explorer 8. All systems will run via Staff WTS that provides all supported browsers on its operating system.

Training

Training for Partnership Applications is provided through the Departmental Administrator systems induction.

To request an induction session email hr_systems@ucl.ac.uk.

For assistance raise a web call with the HR Systems Helpdesk via the Helpdesk website.
