Introduction to Design Methodology
Only available to students on BA Italian & Design
Course code: ITAL2108.
Course unit value: 0.5.
The course, taught by visiting professor from Politecnico di Milano, is an integral part of the degree programme in Italian and Design. Its aim is to sensitize the student to the creative relationships between man and objects and man and space. Students will explore the different approaches for the design of objects and interiors. The course is taught over three intensive periods (4 days in the Autumn and Spring terms, 8 days in Summer term). During these periods attendance at ITAL2108 classes takes precedence over other courses.
Assessment: students will show the learning of the subject through 3 design projects (100%)
