For the majority of scholarships, you must be in receipt of an offer to be eligible for consideration. Please bear in mind that it can take up to four weeks from the date of a completed application's being received by the department for a decision to be made, and a formal offer to be processed.
It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure that he or she applies in good time, to allow references to be submitted and an offer to be made. Applicants who do not hold an offer by a scholarship's deadline will be excluded from the competition for that scholarship.
Closing Date for Applications
Graduate Research Scholarships (GRS)
Overseas Research Scholarships (ORS)
Deadline for other scholarships, such as AHRC awards, will be added as they are released.
Available only to students starting the MA in Dutch Studies in September 2013.
This bursary is made possible by generous donations of Alumni of UCL Dutch. The scholarship covers up to £600 towards study expenses like books, research travel and other research related expenses.
Candidates must have been formally admitted to the Language, Culture & History MA: Dutch Studies pathway before they can be considered for a scholarship.
To be considered for a scholarship, you must have received a letter from the UCL Registry offering you a place on the programme, and you must have informed the UCL Registry, in writing, of your acceptance of the offer by 1 March 2013.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence, achievement and potential. Financial circumstances of the candidates are not taken into account.
