Klaus Welter, German Police University
Klaus Welter is an Assistant Chief Constable and Head of faculty of ‘Criminalistics-strategy and policy’ at the German Police University. Klaus presented a seminar about his department’s work in the German Police University including how the German police service is structured, and various research projects that the GPU is currently working on including Establishing and developing of a theory in Police leadership; Basic models to secure big events (BaSiGo); and Smart Policing.
