Research Volunteers Forum
This website is for everyone with an interest in the subject of people taking part in research and combines an information resource with a news and discussion forum.
The aim of the Workshop is to generate discussion on the role and contribution of volunteer research participants (aka ‘research subjects’) in medical research in the context of the views, policies and programmes of a wide range of organisational and individual stakeholders in the research enterprise and to review the scope for joint and individual action.

online reference library and guide to selected published information about
research participants’ experience, their role and contribution, and relevant
public policy drawn from a wide range of sources.
A resource for exchange of news and views among
those with interests, concerns
or information to share on questions around participation in biomedical
