Strategic Research Facilitator, UCL School of Life & Medical Sciences
The SRF will report directly to the Head of Research Facilitation, SLMS, within the Office of the Vice-Provost (Research), but will work closely with the Deans and Vice-Deans (Research) of the Faculties within SLMS. The post holder will support academics with research grant applications, and developing and strengthening cross-disciplinary research and training activities in life and medical sciences across the university. At any one time the post holder will have responsibility both for supporting a particular cross-disciplinary research community, and for supporting a wider range of funding applications across SLMS. The role will vary over time to meet the needs of SLMS and the researchers within it, according to the research funding environment and UCL’s corresponding strategic response.
