Completing your application

You should provide all requested information in the spaces provided in the on-line application screens – no other documentation will be considered at this stage.

You should describe fully in your application how your experience and skills satisfy the requirements listed in the Person Specification. It will not be sufficient simply to state that you meet the requirements; in order to be short listed you must give clear examples of how you meet all of the essential requirements.  You may also wish to highlight what you would contribute towards service excellence in Student and Registry Services.

References

Please provide details of two referees, one of whom should be your present employer (if applicable).  Please also indicate whether you are happy for us to take up references prior to interview.  If not, we will wait until an offer of employment has been made and accepted before contacting your referees.

Shortlisting and selection

Your application will be read by a selection panel.  The skills and experience you have given evidence of will be compared with the requirements listed in the Person Specification. 

If you are shortlisted for an interview you will be contacted by UCL. If you are not contacted you should assume that you have not been shortlisted.
