Terms of Reference
Subject to any general or particular direction that may from time to time be given by Council, the Human Resources Policy Committee is charged by Council:
- To recommend UCL Human Resources (HR) strategy to the Remuneration and Strategy Committee and to report on its implementation.
- To determine, following appropriate consultation with stakeholders, all aspects of HR policy.
- To consider any HR issues referred to it by the Director of HR.
- To report to Academic Board and Council by submission to the Academic Board officers and Council officers of the Minutes of each meeting of the Human Resources Policy Committee.
