Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

This unit has a wide range of service functions within the Registry which include;

  • Development and maintenance of the Current Students & Registry and Academic Services Website areas, including bespoke application development.
  • Provide editorial support for the Web Content Management System, static and PHP/MySql driven pages.
  • Support Registry and Academic Services departmental staff in achieving online access to materials and resources on the website.
  • Management of the Electronic Documents and Records Management system for the storage of Student Records.
  • The provision of IT technical and advisory support within the Registry and Academic Services, including the ordering of equipment.
  • The management of postal deliveries.
  • The ordering of bulk stationery and office supply requirements.
