The UCL Examinations Section is responsible for:

Maintenance of Student Examination Records
Timetabling of Examinations
Preparation of Examination Manuscripts
Provision of Examination Halls and Supervision during the main examination period
Examination arrangements for students with disabilities (including Dyslexia)
Processing of results and awards
Production and despatch of UCL degree certificates and transcripts
Withholding of degrees and results for students in debt

The Curricular Development Section is responsible for:

The administration of new programme proposals and programme amendments, including collaborative or joint programmes with other institutions
The administration of new module proposals and module amendments
The administration of the Annual Academic Review Process
The administration of the nomination, appointment and remuneration of taught programme external examiners
The maintenance of the Academic Regulations for Students (Taught Programmes) and the Regulations for Boards of Examiners for Taught Programmes
