The information you provide will be used to assess the quality of care provided in your unit. You will be able to access your unit's current report along with any previous reports once you are logged in.

By using this site and completing the self-assessment you also agree to the use of the data you provide in studies conducted by members of the DEMoBinc group. All data used will be anonymous. Neither you nor your unit will be identified in any publication.
