Research Interests

I am interested in dopant-based quantum architectures.

The electron and nuclear spin of dopants in silicon can have extremely long coherence times making them ideal qubits,  but this also means they are well isolated  from the environment and hard to couple to. I work on hybrid systems coupling dopants to easily addressable superconducting readout circuits in order to provide an interface to the dopant spins.

My previous work involved control of single and coupled dopants in nanoMOSFET, Josephson junction arrays for topologically protected qubit, and hybrid spin-optomechanical systems.
