My main research interest lies in quantum devices, with emphasis on hybrid quantum circuits. Currently I am investigating the coupling of donor spins in silicon to superconducting circuits, beneficial for achieving a solid state quantum memory.
My previous work involved analyzing the quantum transport in silicon based resistive RAMs, as well as studying band-gap engineering in graphene devices.
