UCL Qatar Library

UCL Qatar Library

UCL Qatar is rapidly building the most extensive and advanced publications collection in Qatar for cultural heritage and related subjects. The books housed within the UCL Qatar library complement the degree programmes we offer, with expansive subject collections available in Islamic Archaeology and the Archaeology of the Arab World (Middle East and North Africa), Museum Studies, Conservation, and Archaeological Materials Science and Islamic material culture.

In addition to serving the needs of our students, our books can be consulted on a reference basis by members of the public. UCL Qatar’s library is located on the second floor of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Services in Qatar Library (entering via the main entrance on the ground floor of the Georgetown University Building). UCL and Georgetown University collections are accessed through the same library catalogue and managed through the same library system. UCL Electronic Resources can be accessed via the main UCL Library website (see Resources, below).
