Disability policy

UCL Qatar is committed to addressing the needs of students with disabilities and takes account of individual need, determined to find appropriate and practical solutions to problems that might arise.  We adopt the UCL Disability policy (PDF) and urge students to contact the Student and Research Manager (SRM) or their Personal Tutor in the first instance, if they have specific problems.  The UCL Disability Services webpage (opens new window) may also be helpful although the staff and contact numbers are not applicable at UCL Qatar.  Please contact the SRM for more information.

Immigration procedure for overseas travel (students with QF sponsored Residency Permit)

Please complete the Requisition for Student Single Exit Visa form and submit it to the SRM at least 10 days before the date of departure and at least 2 weeks during busy periods (Eid, Christmas, Spring Holidays).

Please note that your exit visa is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.  It becomes invalid once you have exited Qatar or if more than 7 days have passed and you will therefore need a fresh exit visa application, allowing 10 days or 2 weeks as before.
