In 1928, C. G. Jung published a short book in which he tried to present in a schematic and generalised conceptual form some of the results of his self-experimentation, as confirmed in his therapeutic work. In this, he elaborated his theories of the personal and collective unconscious, the persona, the anima and animus, the mana personality, the practice of active imagination and the process of individuation. In these seminars, we will pursue a historical contextual reading of this book. Dates: January 31, February 7, February 21, March 7, March 21 Time: 8.00pm to 9.30pm Cost: £150 for the series. UCL Psychoanalysis Unit students should contact Nicola Harding directly. Places are limited, so registration is required. To register, please contact Nicola Harding at n.harding@ucl.ac.uk.
