Duties include:

  • Overall responsibility for the Divisonal SHR Team;
  • Provision of Human Resources service at Divisional Level and responsible for overseeing the operational provision of administrative services in the HR specialist team in relation to HR operation;
  • Advice on UCL policies and procedures;
  • Staffing management;
  • Recruitment and Selection;
  • Staff Development and Training;
  • HERA and Best Practice; and
  • overall management of Continuing Professional Development activities within the CPD@PALS.
