Sound Processing and Language in Children with Mild to Moderate Hearing Loss

hearingaid1.png

Welcome to the home page for our research project “sound processing and language in children with mild to moderate hearing loss”. This is a research project funded by the ESRC looking at the language abilities of children with a permanent mild or moderate hearing loss.

The project is being led by Dr Lorna Halliday in collaboration with Professor Stuart Rosen. We are based in the departments of Developmental Science and Speech, Hearing and Phonetic Sciences at UCL.

We are always looking for children to take part in our research. If you have a child who would like to take part, please get in touch.
