Years 12-13 activities
Please click on the links below for information on each activity.
Uni-Link is a long term programme offering support and guidance to students throughout Year 12 and 13 so that they are better prepared to apply to UCL and other competitive universities. The programme runs from February of Year 12 (2014) until March of Year 13 (2015). We are currently taking applications for the 2014 cohort: deadline 17 January 2014.
Masterclasses offer you a taste of learning at UCL to help you decide what area of study you would like to pursue at university. The masterclasses are entertaining, hands-on sessions run by UCL academics and PhD students.
UCL runs a number of Summer Schools for students in Year 12 with the aim of giving you the opportunity to experience university life at UCL and the degree programmes we offer.
These are interdisciplinary conferences, designed to give you the opportunity to cover a topic from different academic perspectives
Each year during the spring and summer UCL provides a series of taster courses for year 12 students as part of the taster course programme organised by the University of London.
Summer Challenge is set of a six-week subject specific academic courses, running on Tuesday or Wednesdays in June and July.
This October half term UCL will once again host the Lloyds Scholars Autumn School: Careers in the City. The Autumn School will give students the opportunity to find out about the various pathways into a financial career.
