Information for prospective students

Years 7-11 activities

We provide visits, taster sessions, summer schools and long-term programmes for students in Years 7 to 11, and also sessions for their families and teachers.

Our activities give you an understanding of the benefits of higher education and insight into the different degrees that you can study at UCL. You will explore exciting new subjects that you may not experience in school, and develop your academic study skills.

Years 12-13 activities

Activities for Years 12 and 13 students are designed to give you a better understanding of university life at a research intensive university such as UCL. Our activities for Years 12 and 13 students gives you the opportunity to meet current UCL students, learn about a subject in more detail and the interdisciplinary nature of UCL’s degree programmes. Many of our activities include a session on UCAS and personal statements.

Mature Students activities

We also run events for mature students (students who would be 21 or older when they start their undergraduate degree).
