Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan

Important information for Students

The Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan provides opportunities for Commonwealth students and academics to pursue advanced academic study at graduate level in other Commonwealth countries. Scholarships are intended for men and women, in equal measure, of high intellectual promise who may be expected to make a significant contribution to their own countries on their return from study abroad. Around 1000 students come to the UK each year under this scheme. Scholarships for undergraduate studies are available only in the most exceptional cases.
