SSEES Foundation Scholarship
One scholarship is available to prospective MPhil/PhD research students at UCL’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES).
Applicants must be:
- prospective students who have applied to begin MPhil/PhD research studies at UCL’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES);
- not in receipt of full funding (fees and maintenance) from another source.
The scholarship must be taken up by 31 January within the academic year for which it is awarded.
The scholarship is allocated on the basis of academic excellence and research potential.
Value
The scholarship is worth a total of £15,000 p.a. for a maximum of three years. The scholarship will be paid toward tuition fees and any remainder paid to the scholarship holder in three or four annual instalments. Further funds towards one fieldwork trip abroad and/or project expenses may be available on request.
