UG Prospectus 2008Study Abroad Guide

What we do

PAMS exists to support UCL’s student recruitment aims and objectives which are derived from the International Strategy, Widening Participation Strategy and student number framework. It does this by:

Compilation, design, editing and production of a suite of core printed and online student recruitment communications

These are:

  • Undergraduate Prospectus
  • Graduate Prospectus
  • Graduate Application Form (PDF only)
  • Student Accommodation booklet (PDF only)
  • Study Abroad Guide (for affiliate students who wish to spend a term or a year at UCL which counts towards the degree they obtain from their host institution)

Compilation, design, editing and production of UCL’s student recruitment website

The site is available at: www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students and includes web versions of UG and PG Prospectuses, plus further details as follows:

  • for international students
  • about UCL’s widening participation activities
  • scholarships
  • accommodation
  • open days, visits etc.

Departmental/faculty student recruitment materials

PAMS staff are also responsible for ensuring the content quality (accuracy and style) for student recruitment materials produced across UCL by departments and faculties. UCL policy is that, prior to publication, all materials produced by departments/faculties must be audited by the PAMS team.

To aid departments with this, PAMS also offers a design and typesetting service, free-of-charge to academic departments, for student recruitment publications. Full details are available at: www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/pams/audit-design/design-typesetting
