Student View
"I've finished my statement and I am ready to submit my UCAS
application! Just wanted to write to say thank you so much for all your
help - it has been amazing and I couldn't have got my statement to this
standard without your help."

Horizons Year 13 personal statements clinic
Early September - four sessions after school
UCL Horizons runs an after-school personal statement clinic for four days every September, to support Year 13 students intending to apply to UCL that year.
Sessions run from 16:00–18:00 (after school). Students can only attend once during the week - all the sessions repeat the same content.
Bookings for the 2013 UCAS clinic will open next July. Students must complete an online booking form and then send a final draft of a personal statement to confirm their booking.
Sessions include:
- Fifteen minute 1:1 feedback session with an Outreach Officer for every student
- Overview presentation, review of example personal statements
- Discussion of personal statements with other Year 13s and UCL undergraduates
