Group Leader View
"I’ve really enjoyed having a work experience
student. Inviting Year 12s back to do work experience is great – it
benefits the ambassadors, the work placement student, and the Year 10s.
It reinforces the idea of Horizons being a programme focused on personal
development and transition."

Horizons Year 12 work experience
Every year we offer a limited number of work experience placements for Year 12 students on our Year 10 Saturday School and Year 10 Summer School.
These placements are an excellent opportunity to develop communication
and leadership skills. Candidates must complete an application and
attend a short informal interview.
Please note that these placements are ONLY open to Year 12 students who have previously attended either the UCL Horizons Saturday School or the UCL Horizons Summer School.
**If you are a Year 12 student but have not previously attended either of these UCL Horizons programmes, then do not apply as we will not interview you!**
