We are collecting UCL Horizons students’ GCSE results to help us monitor the effectiveness of the programme. The information you give in the survey will be kept confidential and will not affect future UCAS applications.

Everyone who completes our survey by the 30 September 2012 will be entered into a prize draw. Three winners will be picked at random: First prize £50, second prize £20, third prize £10 (in HMV vouchers). If you win, we will email and text you and your vouchers will be posted to you after the 30 September.
