International Office Contact Details

The International Office is a centre of expertise and advice for students from overseas, and provides information on matters such as sources of funding, English language requirements, tuition and fees.

We make regular trips overseas to meet and offer advice to prospective students at education fairs or in schools (see the list of our forthcoming overseas visits).

International students currently at UCL are welcome to visit us (Room 21 on the First Floor of the South Wing) for advice and information. Our office hours are 10.00 to 4.00pm.

Submitting an application
All undergraduate applications must be submitted through UCAS.

Graduate applications must be submitted to UCL Admissions.

The International Office does not process applications. Graduate applications are processed by the Admissions Office and Undergraduate applications by the Faculty Offices.

Study Abroad Affiliate or Erasmus students must submit their applications to the International Office.

Visiting UCL

UCL hosts a number of open days throughout the year and also arranges guided tours of the UCL campus

Staff in the Student Centre are available to answer queries and offer advice, including international student welfare issues and Study Abroad. The Student Centre opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday-to-Friday and is located on the ground floor of the Chadwick Building on the Gower Street Campus.

You are welcome to come by the International Office if you require any general information about the University. We are located on the First Floor of the South Wing, Room 19, Gower Street. We are open 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

It is also possible to go on a self-guided tour of UCL.

Some departments also offer visits on an individual basis. If you would like to visit a particular department at UCL, you will need to contact them directly to see if this is possible. Contact details of departments can be found by referring to UCL's list of academic departments.
