INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

As your grades become available, they will display on your portico account. You will need to ensure you keep your portico password updated after you have left to gain access to view your results.

You must ensure that your portico record reflects exactly the courses you took at UCL as these will be displayed on your transcript.

A copy of the grade conversions used on your transcript can be found in the affiliate notes you received on arrival.

Once your grades have been finalised and all outstanding debts to the university have been paid, one copy of your transcript will be released.

For all JYA, exchange and Erasmus students, a copy of your transcript will automatically be sent to your home university. For independent students, a copy of your transcript will be posted to your home address unless you advise otherwise.

If you would like to confirm the address where your transcript should be sent, please send an email to affiliatestudents@ucl.ac.uk confirming your name, UCL student number and address where the transcript should be sent.
