Entry Requirements

Please note that the following information is only a general guide. In addition, other factors may be taken into consideration such as relevant work experience. Please refer to the Undergraduate Prospectus or the Graduate Prospectus for further information.

Undergraduate Study

For entry into UCL's undergraduate degree programmes, students who hold the Baccalaureate with good grades will be considered. Alternatively students, who have successfully completed a recognised foundation programme, including the UCL University Preparatory Certificate for Science and Engineering, or the UCL University Preparatory Certificate for the Humanities will be considered.

For specific entry requirements for individual programmes, students are best advised to contact the undergraduate admissions tutor as listed in the Undergraduate Prospectus.

English Language Requirement

If English is not your first language you will also need to satisfy UCL’s English Language Requirement. A variety of English language programmes are offered at the UCL Language Centre.

Graduate Study

For specific entry requirements for individual programmes, students are best advised to contact the Graduate Admissions Tutor as listed in the Graduate Prospectus.
