Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology


We are the world’s leading integrated department of applied psychology, focussing on the implementation of ground-breaking research to improve development, education, and mental and physical wellbeing in individuals and social groups. We use a broad range of scientific approaches to advance understanding and practice across these domains. The department has an exceptional track record of influencing national and international policy in the delivery of health, education and social care.

There is immense international interest in the work of our members of staff and the rate of completed PhDs and doctorates is impressive.
