Short courses and professional development
UCL has a range of short courses, summer schools and evening and daytime seminars, some designed primarily for your professional or personal development and some which can be followed for general interest. You may be eligible for academic credit if you study modules from certain postgraduate degrees, diplomas or certificates.
The growing programme of professional development courses is offered in a range
of disciplines including architecture, archaeology, medicine, law, archive
management and engineering.
Programmes which can be followed for general interest include Summer Schools
offered by the History of Art Department and by the Slade School of Fine Art.
Details of programmes can be obtained from the relevant academic department.
