The policies below have been developed at Faculty level in alignment with developments across SLMS.

HR

The School of Life and Medical Sciences has implemented a policy of annual appraisals for all staff. This means that from 2012/13 all staff within Institutes across the Faculty of Population Health Sciences must be appraised annually.

In accordance with annual appraisals there are revised policies for promotion (not senior promotions), and the award of increments to staff on all types of contract.
