S.V. Keeling Memorial Lecture

Together with the UCL Greek and Latin, and through the generosity of a private donor, the UCL Philosophy department organises an annual S.V. Keeling Memorial Lecture in Ancient Philosophy.  The latest lecture was given by Professor Susanne Bobzien (All Souls, Oxford) and was entitled 'Did Frege plagiarize the Stoics?'

Professor Susanne Bobzien 

Susanne Bobzien is professor of philosophy and Senior Research Scholar at All Souls College, Oxford. Before joining Oxford, Professor Bobzien was at Yale University (2002 to 2013). Her research interest include ancient logic and ancient theories of determinism and freedom. She is author of Determinism and Freedom in Stoic Philosophy.
