Designed for students wishing to pursue a career in natural product science within the drug discovery, herbal or phytopharmaceutical industries, or to prepare for PhD-level research in academia.
The MSc in Pharmacognosy is a 12 month full-time taught postgraduate programme intended for those who wish to prepare for PhD-level research in natural product science or to pursue a career in the phytopharmaceutical industry or a government regulatory body. The programme provides a broad overview of natural product science, the impact of natural products as medicines, their analysis and their place in various societies.
