The examination periods are as follows. Students must ensure that they are available throughout these periods as examinations cannot be rescheduled.
- May/June Exams (1 May - 13 June 2014)
- September Exams (1 - 5 September 2014)
LATE FOR EXAMS
The Guidance for Students issued by UCL Examinations states that students will not be permitted entry to examinations if they are more than 30 minutes late. Standard practice is for the invigilators to direct such students to their respective department and the department decides whether or not to pemit the student to sit the examination in the department. Please note that the School of Pharmacy WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SIT THE PAPER LATE. You must ensure that you are on time for your examinations.
Students who require Special Examination Arrangements must apply following the UCL Procedure above.
The School operates a Fit to Sit Policy which means that if you sit an examination or submit coursework you are declaring yourself fit and well enough to do so. The School's Policy, EC Form and Student Guidance can be found at the above link. Students must not follow the UCL Extenuating Circumstances Policy. If you are unsure what needs to be done, please contact Ms Helen Crane (email: mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org). If you are unable to sit examinations in the September period due to extenuating circumstances, you will not be able to progress to the next academic year of the programme but will be required to interrupt your studies for a year to complete any outstanding assessments.
