Information for Visitors
Erasmus students and visiting students / staff to the School
In order to join, please fill in a library registration form available from the Library Desk or download your own PDF copy of the form and hand in to the Library Issue Desk.
Your School ID card is also your library card. You will need this card to borrow, reserve and renew library material.
Once registered with the Library, Erasmus and visiting students may borrow up to six normal loan books, three videos, four 7-day loan books and three overnight loans at a time. Normal loan items are issued for up to two weeks at a time. Fines for overdue items are charged at a rate of 25p per day for each normal loan item and 50p per day for each 7-day and overnight loan item.
Our short loan collection has a separate fine system as the books are heavily in demand.
Visiting staff may borrow up to ten normal loan items, and up to ten journals, three videos, four 7-day loan items and three overnight loan items at a time. Normal loan items are issued for thirty days and journals for three days at a time.
