The UCL Library Services Collection Management policy can be found here.
You can check the Library catalogue for availability and loan periods of any of the following items.
The Reference Shelves hold copies of all the standard reference compendia, such as the various pharmacopeias, drug indexes, language and subject dictionaries, etc. There is also a copy of the most used Student textbooks.
Short Loan Collection
Copies of past exam papers and the most popular student textbooks are kept behind the Issue Desk as part of our short loan collection, known as the Pharmacy Teaching Collection on Explore. The loan periods are 8.45am to 4.30pm and 4.31pm to 9.00am. You may borrow 3 items at a time. They cannot be renewed or reserved. A fine of £0.50 per hour or part-of-an-hour will be charged for any short-loan item that is returned late.
PhD theses submitted to the University of London by UCL School of Pharmacy students are all housed in the Library. This collection is strictly reference only.
