Our home
We are currently raising funds to redevelop The Wolfson Undergraduate Teaching Laboratory. The aim is to enlarge and redesign the space which was built in 1998 to accommodate the three year BPharm cohort of approximately 480 students. Our teaching reputation is such that today there are around 800 students on the four year Mpharm – a complete overhaul and refurbishment is long overdue. We are also creating a new Clinical Learning Centre for Medicines Skills – an additional and a vital element of the student programme. This is an ambitious project and alumni have given significantly but we still need to raise £500,000
If you would like to contribute towards the redevelopment of the Undergraduate Teaching Laboratory you can name a seat in the John Hanbury Lecture Theatre for £500
A big thank you to those of you who have already named a seat, helping to help create our stunning new Library.– do take a virtual tour.
Our students – Scholarships
A scholarship is the only way for many of the brightest students to realise their ambitions and take advantage of the School's outstanding resources. We are committed to attracting the highest calibre of students to the School. Undergraduate student fees for the four year MPharm degree will be £36,000 from 2013.
Postgraduate students
MSc in Clinical Pharmacy, International Practice and Policy fees are £15,750.
Drug Delivery; Drug Discovery; Pharmacognosy or Personalised Medicines fees are £9,000
Our future
Legacies are a vital means of funding the future of the
School; they can help build and maintain and they can also fund major research
projects that are exciting and innovative but traditionally difficult to fund.
A thriving School of Pharmacy can recruit and retain the very best scientists
and students.
