Missing data in electronic health records
This Stata program uses the two-fold fully conditional specification (FCS) algorithm to impute missing values in longitudinal databases.
twofold.ado (right-click on 'twofold.ado' and select 'save link as' to download the file and save as an .ado file)
twofold.sthlp (right-click on 'twofold.sthlp' and select 'save link as' to download the file and save as an .sthlp file)
We wrote a manuscript describing the 'twofold' command entitled "Application of multiple imputation using the two-fold fully conditional specification algorithm in longitudinal clinical data".
